Map of the coloy of North Carolina. Along the top, after the title is "By Capt.n Collet. Governor of Fort Johnston." Engraved by I. Bayly. In the lower right corner is the dedicatory rococo cartouche decorated with a Native American, tiger, and alligator and surmounted with the coat of arms of George III. The dedication is TO HIS/ most Excellent Majesty/ GEORGE the III./ King of Great Britain, &c. &c. &c./ This MAP is most humbly dedicated by/ His MAJESTY'S/ most humble obedient & dutiful Subject/ John Collet. Along the bottom below the border is Publish'd according to Act of Parliament, May the 1.st 1770, by S. Hooper. N.o 25 Ludgate Hill, London
